I know this one is no where near done, and I won't introduce her until she is. I just wanted to give you guys a preview of my new charrie! She's a celestial godess, though there's no room to put it into her title yet. Any help on developing her character would be much appreciated!

Small comet always circles around her head. White fur, with blue "socks" on her front paws. Stars and moon on them is in a pale yellow, matching the similar markings on her face and hind legs.She has two pair of silver earings through her ears, as well as a silver moon pendant. She also has a silver ring, resembling one of Saturn's, that is stuck hovering around the end of her tail. The tuft of her tail is the same pale yellow as her markings, but gives off a strange glow...
Personality:
Hyper, with much of the traits of a cub, Nabhasi tends to be on more of the childish side. Still, she has an air of mystery about her, and will never anwer a question directly. Should she decide to answer your question, it would usually be replied in riddle-form.
Powers:
Many mystifying powers, most unknown to everyone but her. She is at here strongest on clear nights. One of her favorite passtimes is her use of her ability to paint stars to make temporpary painting by use of starlight, which will fade once she's done.
